Visit with and get a picture with Elsa and Olaf during the second weekend of Lake Chelan Winterfest on Saturday, January 25th from 12pm - 4pm at the Manson Chamber of Commerce. There will also be face painting available at the same time at the Manson Chamber of Commerce. Both of these activities are FREE and family friendly!
