The 17th Annual Lake Chelan Poker Run, hosted by the Lake Chelan Boating Club, will take place on July 11th–12th. This year's theme, "Hollywood Glitz and Glam," invites participants to embrace their inner starlets and movie icons.

 

Festivities begin Friday evening with a Boat Show and registration party from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM in downtown Manson. It will feature a photo booth, raffles, and opportunities to support the local food bank.

 

On Saturday, the action kicks off with breakfast at the Boating Club, followed by the Poker Run starting at 11:00 AM from Mill Bay. Boaters will collect sealed poker cards at five designated stops along the lake, aiming to assemble the best hand by day's end. The event culminates with a dinner, costume contest, and awards ceremony to celebrate both the top poker hands and the most dazzling Hollywood-inspired attire. Proceeds from the event support local charities, including boater safety classes, scholarships, and community programs .
