Join us at Diffraction for Barrel Tasting Weekends and grab a glass of Estate Syrah Piquette, a trendy project by our very own Cellarmaster Charles. Made from the post-pressed grape skins of the Cairdeas Estate Syrah, this light red wine is low in alcohol and slightly effervescent; a refreshing “wine-seltzer”!
