For two Saturdays in November (the 9th and the 16th) we revel and relish in barrel tasting with all the mystery about wine making revealed.

This is your chance to sample young vintages right out of the barrel in the winery production building with Head Winemaker Julian Shaver as he introduces how wines are crafted using this ancient and exotic technology of using oak casks for aging red wine.

So, whether you are an expert or novice,  join us as we pop the silicon stoppers on the barrels, dip in the wine thief to withdraw a sample of the wine inside.
