All are welcome to join Alchemy Yoga & Massage for this Flow Yoga class, which is taught in Spanish. Instructions will be repeated in English and Sanskrit. This class will introduce those new to yoga to the terminology and foundation postures. We will work on proper form, alignment, breathwork, and meditation.
