Mozzarella Cheese Making Class with Laurel's Crown Cheese at Endless Orchard Cider!

Join us December 13th 6-8pm for a fun filled night of cheese making at Endless Orchard! Try your hand at making and stretching your own mozzarella cheese!  We will chat about cheesemaking and try some long cultured mozzarella from Laurel’s Crown Farmstead cheese.  There will be other cheese and caramel sauce to sample as well as a few ideas on how to use them while enjoying Endless Orchards cider offerings.
