Led by winemaker Charlie Lybecker, this Master Class is designed for wine lovers ready to explore how AVA, vintage, and winemaking choices shape the final expression in the glass.
The Tasting Flight:
🍷 Concrete Syrah – Solaksen Vineyard, Royal Slope AVAFermented and aged in a concrete cone. Pure, structured, and earthy.
🍷 Barrel-Aged Syrah – Solaksen Vineyard, Royal Slope AVAAged in neutral oak. Softer, rounder, and layered with dark fruit and spice.
